Larosabride Final Sale & One-Time Exchange Policy

At Larosabride, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality, exclusive designs. To maintain the integrity of our dresses and ensure every piece is brand new, we have updated our return and exchange policy. Please read the details below carefully:

Final Sale Policy

  • All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • This policy protects the exclusivity and quality of our designs and ensures that all customers receive unworn, unaltered dresses.

One-Time Exchange Policy

While returns are not accepted, we do allow a one-time exchange for:

  • A different size, or
  • A completely different style.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the dress.

Shipping Fees

  • Larosabride will cover the shipping fees for the one-time exchange, including providing a prepaid shipping label.
  • No further exchanges will be permitted after the first exchange.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at larosa@larosabride.com.

  • Provide photos of the issue along with proof of purchase, and we will address the matter promptly.

Important Notes

  • Dresses sent back outside the 5-day window or without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We highly recommend carefully reviewing our size chart and measuring yourself accurately before purchasing to minimize the need for exchanges.
